Inaugural Session And Leadership Presence

The event opened with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by the WIPS Pledge, setting a reflective and purpose driven tone. Senior WIPS Eastern Region leaders including Ms Swagata Sen Roy, Ms Neha Dugar, Ms Ranjana Chakraborty and Ms Seemantini Sahu, along with Dr Sumana Chakraborty from WIPS Forum, MECON, addressed participants and underlined the importance of inclusive leadership and networking.

Training sessions focused on precautions in the age of Artificial Intelligence, real world cyber crime case studies involving women and essential cyber safety practices. Experts highlighted how women professionals can safeguard their digital identity, recognise online threats and use technology responsibly while advancing in leadership roles.

Wellbeing, Mindfulness And Closure

Complementing the technical discussions, the program featured sessions on inner wellbeing and mindfulness, encouraging participants to balance ambition with mental resilience. The meet concluded with felicitation of guests and a collective reaffirmation of WIPS’ commitment to women’s empowerment and building a stronger, more connected PSU community.
