HRS Aluglaze Ltd has acquired strategic operational and technical assets from Geotrix Building Envelope Pvt. Ltd. for ₹6.7 crores via a slump sale. The company formed Geotrix Private Limited in February 2026, holding a 67% stake, with Selvam Ramanathan owning 33%, to scale façade and glazing system operations.
