Godrej Agrovet Acquires Remaining Stake in Creamline Dairy

Godrej Agrovet Ltd has announced the acquisition of a 47.38% equity stake in Creamline Dairy Products, amounting to a total of 48.06% of the company. This strategic move, valued at ₹930 crore, will make Creamline Dairy a wholly owned subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet. The acquisition aims to strengthen Godrej Agrovet's presence in the dairy sector, enhancing its value-added product portfolio and leveraging Creamline's distribution network. The transaction is expected to be completed by September 30, 2025. This move aligns with Godrej Agrovet's long-term growth strategy in the dairy industry, further solidifying its position as a leading player.
