Innovision Limited delivered a resilient performance in the March quarter, with revenue and profit growth holding steady, and has a significant amount of unspent proceeds from its IPO to drive future growth. The security, toll and skill development solutions provider also bolstered its balance sheet and kept cash flows healthy in Q4 FY26.

Innovision's March Quarter At A Glance

Innovision's consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 was 2.68 billion rupees and consolidated net profit was 119.4 million rupees. Consolidated revenue from operations increased to 9.81 billion rupees, and profit after tax was 363.49 million rupees and total comprehensive income was 399.89 million rupees for FY26. The company's security and toll businesses were significant contributors to its EBITDA for FY26, which was 552.99 million rupees.

Business Mix, IPO Proceeds And Balance Sheet

Innovision raised funds through a fresh issue and offer for sale in FY26, in which the total IPO expenses incurred were 826.67 million rupees. Of the total planned proceeds of IPO of Rs 2,550 million, Rs 510 million has been used for loan repayments, Rs 1,190 million for working capital and Rs 397.99 million for general corporate purposes have not been utilised so far, mostly in fixed deposits and monitoring accounts. The consolidated assets grew by almost 400 per cent year-on-year to 4,738.17 million rupees, mainly due to an increase in cash, bank balances and trade receivables, whereas the equity increased to 2,941.99 million rupees due to fresh capital and retained earnings.
