ISRO's PSLV-C60 Mission: Pioneering Space Agriculture and Robotic Innovations

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is set to launch the PSLV-C60 mission, featuring groundbreaking experiments in space agriculture and robotics. The mission includes the Compact Research Module for Orbital Plant Studies (CROPS), aiming to grow cowpea seeds in microgravity to study plant growth in space. Additionally, the Amity Plant Experimental Module in Space (APEMS) will examine spinach growth under similar conditions. A Debris Capture Robotic Manipulator will also be tested to capture space debris, enhancing orbital safety. These advancements mark significant strides toward sustainable extraterrestrial living and robust space exploration capabilities.
