Mahindra's Scorpio Sting: Hyundai Dethroned in Auto Sales Showdown

In a significant shift in India's automotive landscape, Mahindra & Mahindra overtook Hyundai Motor India to become the country's second-largest carmaker in February 2025. Mahindra recorded domestic passenger vehicle sales of 50,420 units, marking a robust 19% year-on-year growth. In contrast, Hyundai's domestic sales dropped 5% to 47,727 units.
