Strategic Expansion into the European Education Market
Founded in 2009 by brothers Chintan Modi and Bhargav Modi,
EduGo Abroad operates a student guidance network focused on higher education
across Europe. The platform maintains direct institutional partnerships with
more than 280 universities and colleges across 18 European countries.
To date, EduGo Abroad has placed nearly 10,000 students into
European institutions, backed by an extensive sub-agent and channel partner
network spanning India and neighboring regions. Its active European university
destinations include France, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark,
Italy, Finland, Sweden, Spain, and Germany.
The acquisition allows the more than 80,000 international
students using Manifest's combined platforms annually to access European
academic pathways alongside traditional destinations in North America, Asia,
and Australia.
Integration of Artificial Intelligence Architecture
Manifest Global is backed by venture capital firms,
including Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital, Square Peg, Tiger Global, SEEK
Growth, January Capital, and Analog Partners. The company continues to develop
an artificial intelligence-driven operating system designed for human capital
mobility, simplifying talent identification, development, and cross-border
placement.
Through this transaction, Manifest Global and EduGo Abroad
are co-developing software tools for institutional recruitment partners and
universities. EduGo's university network will receive direct integration into
Manifest's technology stack, expanding recruitment efforts to prospective
students across 150 countries.
Official Sources Statement
"EduGo Abroad built its position in Europe before the
market moved there," said Rohan Pasari, Chief Executive Officer of
Manifest Global. "Our approach is to back operators who know their
corridor better than anyone else, and to give them AI and reach they could not
build alone. Chintan, Bhargav, and their team are those operators."
"In Manifest Global we have found a powerful new home
for EduGo Abroad and for the partners who have grown with us," said
Chintan Modi, Managing Director of EduGo Abroad. "Our partners get more
destinations and Manifest's transformative AI technology. Our universities get
access to students well beyond India. For everyone who has grown with EduGo,
the ambition just got larger."
