Mapping Maa Ganga From The Sky: Genesys Bags High Tech Drainage Survey Mandate With Aerial LiDAR

Scope Of The Aerial Lidar Survey

Under the NMCG project, Genesys will deploy aircraft mounted LiDAR sensors to capture precise elevation and surface information across the Ganga drainage and surrounding floodplains. The resulting datasets and 3D models are expected to help agencies better understand drainage patterns, siltation, encroachment and climate linked flood risks, improving the quality of future interventions.
