Speaking to top CEOs and industry leaders in Sweden and the Netherlands, Modi described India as Europe’s “natural partner” at a time when companies are trying to de risk supply chains and find stable, scalable manufacturing and innovation hubs. He tied this pitch to India’s recent reforms, faster clearances and digital public infrastructure that, he argued, give investors greater predictability.

Modi leaned into the idea of a “reform express” that keeps moving, highlighting improvements in ease of doing business, infrastructure, taxation and logistics.
