NCCCL Wins ₹112.5 Crore Mandate For Lodha Alibaug Project

NCCCL, one of India’s long-established engineering and construction firms, announced that it has received a Letter of Award from Lodha Developers Limited for Tower 1 and associated non tower structures at Lodha Alibaug. This marks NCCCL’s third engagement with Lodha Group, reinforcing its execution credibility in large-scale residential projects.

• The contract value is ₹112.5 crore, exclusive of GST.
• Scope includes reinforced cement concrete works for a G+3 podium with 35 upper floors and ancillary structures.
• Total built up area is approximately 7.26 lakh sq. ft.
• Construction methodology will use monolithic RCC with aluminium formwork (Aluform) for speed and precision.
