Maharashtra has unveiled its ambitious Vision 2047 education blueprint, aiming to transform the state’s schooling landscape by boosting enrolment and slashing dropout rates through sweeping reforms in infrastructure, pedagogy, and inclusion.
Core Goals and Targets

- Raise gross school enrolment from 41% to 70% by 2029, with a long-term goal of 100% by 2047
