The Central Bank of Russia has changed the exchange rates of foreign currencies against the ruble as of February 26, 2025, with some of the most important being:

British pound: 115.1521
Chinese Yuan: 12.4167
These rates reflect the latest developments on the recent geopolitical perspective, probably involving negotiations towards a peaceful solution to the conflict in Ukraine, and a re-summon of discussion regarding the lifting of sanctions on Russia. Thus, the ruble has edged to its strongest in five months at 88 to the USD in early February. Meanwhile, the Central Bank stood a steady key interest rate at a record-high 21%, possibly expected to increase the interest rates again should inflation remain concerning and situated at 9.9% at the end of January 2025.
