Conceptualized by Chef Smruti Ranjan Das, the menu features legendary Punjabi staples like Chole Bhature, Amritsari Kulcha, Butter Chicken, and Dal Makhani, all prepared with old-school tandoor cooking techniques that intensify smoky, spicy, and buttery notes.

 

The atmosphere of the restaurant is transformed with décor inspired by Punjab's mustard fields, and live folk music adds a celebratory cultural touch to the meal.
