Nestled at 25365 Cedar Rd in Lyndhurst, EVOO evokes a laidback coastal vibe with blonde woods, sky-blue booths, exposed beams, faux olive trees, and warm lighting. The airy design draws inspiration from Miami's Greek eateries, prioritizing simplicity and freshness. An open kitchen and eye-catching pizza oven let diners watch pitas bake live at the chef's counter.

Menu Highlights

Chef Scott Stiving's scratch kitchen emphasizes wholesome grains, colorful vegetables, grilled fish, seafood, and select meats seasoned with herbs and extra-virgin olive oil. Start with meze like hummus with roasted garlic, baba ghanoush, or spicy tirokafteri feta dip served with warm pita. Standouts include Greek crudo, crispy calamari, grilled octopus, flaming saganaki, herby salads, lamb kebabs, moussaka, rack of lamb, and whole-roasted fish.
