Rosmerta Group and Ola Electric Resolve Dispute, NCLT Petitions Withdrawn

Rosmerta Group has announced the withdrawal of its insolvency petitions against Ola Electric Technologies following the receipt of ₹267.5 million in outstanding dues. The group stated that no further causes of action exist between the parties, and their relationship will now be governed by a settlement agreement. Ola Electric confirmed that all disputes have been amicably resolved, emphasizing its commitment to maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders. This resolution marks the end of a legal battle that had raised concerns about Ola Electric's financial stability and operational practices.
