Vuenow Infratech Breaks Free: A High-Stakes Fallout Amidst ED's Money Laundering Probe

Vuenow Infratech Limited (VIL) has clarified its separation from Vuenow Marketing Services Limited (VMSL) and Vuenow Infotech Private Limited (VIPL), undoing the earlier planned merger. The move comes following recent Enforcement Directorate investigations into money laundering allegations against these firms. The ED confiscated cash, jewelry, and luxury vehicles in nationwide raids in January 2025. VIL's attempt to distance itself from VMSL and VIPL seems to be a reaction to the probe that continues and to the legal issues, including the Punjab & Haryana High Court's denial of de-freezing bank accounts connected with the suspected cloud particle scam. The future plan of the company and its effect on shareholders are unclear.
