Arvind SmartSpaces Expands Portfolio with Massive ₹6,000 Crore Industrial Park in Ahmedabad

Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd has announced a significant expansion of its portfolio with a new 440-acre industrial park project in Ahmedabad. The development, located on NH-47 between Bavla and Bagodara, has a top-line potential of approximately ₹6,000 crore. This joint development project, with a 70.5% revenue share for Arvind SmartSpaces, aims to be one of Gujarat's largest industrial parks. The park will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure, including a common effluent treatment plant, zero liquid discharge system, and dedicated logistics zones. This strategic move diversifies Arvind SmartSpaces' product mix and strengthens its position in the Ahmedabad real estate market.
