The company has appointed Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Axis Capital among the bookrunners for the issue. This marks Atlanta Electricals' debut on the public markets after 36 years of operations in the electrical equipment manufacturing sector. The IPO is expected to provide the company with capital for expansion while offering partial exits to long-term investors.
