CG Power Expands Global Footprint: Axiro Semiconductor Establishes Shenzhen Unit

CG Power and Industrial Solutions' subsidiary Axiro Semiconductor has incorporated a new unit in Shenzhen, China, on March 21, 2025. This is a follow-up to Axiro's recent expansion, including the incorporation of Axiro Semiconductor Inc. in Delaware, USA, in December 2024. The Shenzhen unit is intended to consolidate CG Power's position in the global semiconductor market, supplementing its future OSAT facility in Sanand, Gujarat. This growth is consistent with CG Power's plan to diversify its semiconductor business to major global technology centers, perhaps improving its scope to cater to various industries such as automotive, consumer electronics, industrial use, and 5G technology.
