Coating The Path To Growth: Samvardhana Motherson Completes Nissin India Takeover

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) announced that its Board has cleared the purchase of Nissin Electric’s 51% stake in Nissin India for INR 92.3 million. Post-acquisition, Nissin India will become a wholly owned subsidiary through SAMIL and its arm Samvardhana Motherson Innovative Solutions Limited.
