Container Corporation of India Ltd Reports Strong Growth in March Quarter Throughput

Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) has announced an impressive 8.25% year-on-year increase in total throughput for the March quarter of FY24. This growth highlights the company's robust performance in the logistics and container transportation sector, driven by efficient operations and strong demand.  

The total throughput for the quarter reached 12,44,798 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), marking a significant rise from the previous year's figures. The growth was fueled by a 7.08% increase in EXIM volumes, which stood at 9,34,058 TEUs, and a 16.05% surge in domestic volumes, totaling 3,10,740 TEUs.
