Devinsu Trading Limited has notified the stock exchange of multiple appointments approved at its recent board meeting, aimed at enhancing corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic oversight. Boardroom Reinforcement And Independent Oversight

The board has appointed Dr Sangita Hiren Shukla as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term from 18 May 2026 to 17 May 2031, subject to shareholder approval. A seasoned academic and institutional leader in pharmaceutical education, she brings deep experience in governance, compliance, human resources, and regulatory management.

Strengthening Secretarial And Audit Controls

Devinsu Trading has appointed Mr Bhaveshkumar Arjunkumar Rawal, a peer-reviewed practicing company secretary, as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025–26 to FY 2029–30. His practice offers services in company law, capital markets, corporate restructuring, due diligence, FDI, takeovers, litigation, and arbitration, with a focus on timely and practical advisory support.

Enhancing Internal Audit And Financial Insight

The company has named chartered accountant Mr Akash Mehta as Internal Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2025–26 to FY 2029–30, leveraging his experience in statutory audit, tax, GST, and financial consulting across sectors. It has also appointed CFA Level III cleared professional Mr Krish Piyush Shah, with expertise in equity derivatives and market analysis, to bolster investment and research-driven financial decision-making.

Compliance Leadership And Regulatory Focus

To further tighten compliance, Devinsu Trading has appointed Ms Khushi Gangwani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from 18 May 2026. With hands-on experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters, including CIRP, liquidation, and personal guarantor cases, she will anchor statutory disclosures, regulatory filings, and coordination with stakeholders, regulators, and tribunals.
