Located on the most expensive stretch of Golf Course Road in Gurugram, this project is India's most expensive residential offering, offering penthouses across 19,000 square feet. Strong demand from high-net-worth individuals signals a booming luxury real estate market post-pandemic. DLF is expecting ₹35,000 crore in this ambitious project.
