Eloelo's Big Leap: $13.5 Million Raised to Redefine Social Entertainment

Eloelo, India's leading live social entertainment platform, has secured $13.5 million in Series B funding, led by Singapore-based Play Ventures. The round also saw participation from prominent investors such as Kalaari Capital, MIXI Investments, Gameskraft Technologies, Griffin Gaming Partners, Waterbridge Ventures, Courtside Ventures, and Rocket Capital.  

Founded in July 2020 by former Flipkart executives Saurabh Pandey and Akshay Dubey, Eloelo combines live video and audio streaming with gamification and micropayments, enabling creators to host interactive sessions in multiple Indian languages. The platform boasts over 90 million users, including 1.5 million paying users, and has achieved an annual revenue run rate of $23 million, with plans to scale up to $60 million by the end of the year.  

The funds will be utilized to deepen generative AI-powered creator tools, expand into Indian diaspora markets, and accelerate monetization efforts. Eloelo's innovative approach to blending live streaming, gaming, and social engagement has positioned it as a frontrunner in India's growing interactive media landscape.  

This milestone reflects Eloelo's commitment to empowering creators and reshaping digital social experiences, bridging local culture with global scalability.
