Mangla, who joined Eternal in March 2021, has served in senior roles like Head of Product, Head of Supply, and Head of Customer Experience in the food delivery space. Mangla's contributions have been instrumental in restaurant partner ecosystem optimization and customer engagement in digital ecosystems at Eternal. Mangla has served in senior roles in product, marketing, and P&L in a sequence of startups and tech-led companies. Mangla has earned advanced degrees from the Carnegie Mellon University and the Indian School of Business.

Mangla's appointment is a reflection of Eternal's dedication to agile, people-focused leadership as the company enters its next growth stage.
