COMMODITY MARKET UPDATES (LIVE)
International commodity markets traded mixed, with energy prices advancing while precious metals remained under pressure. WTI crude rose 0.83% to $92.06 per barrel, leading the gains, while Brent crude added 0.33% to $96.14. Copper edged 0.24% higher to $6.6870, indicating modest strength in industrial metals. Precious metals weakened, with gold futures declining 0.53% to $4,515.90 and spot gold slipping 0.09% to $4,469.42. Silver underperformed, falling 0.59% to $67.305. Natural gas remained largely stable but traded marginally lower by 0.10% at $2.925. Overall, firm crude oil prices and a mild copper uptick contrasted with softer bullion markets, reflecting selective buying across the commodity complex.

Cipla: Entered an exclusive partnership with Qilu Pharmaceutical for the US licensing and supply of QL2107, a proposed Keytruda (pembrolizumab) biosimilar. Qilu will develop and supply the product, while Cipla USA will commercialise it in the United States.

Meesho: SoftBank-backed SVF II Meerkat sold 8 crore Meesho shares, representing a 1.73% stake, for ₹1,650.4 crore at ₹206.30 per share. The stake was acquired by several global and domestic institutional investors, including Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, Kuwait Investment Authority, Franklin Templeton MF, HDFC Life and HSBC MF.
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions: DSDG Holding ApS, an affiliate of the IFU-managed Danish Sustainable Development Goals Investment Fund, sold 16.33 lakh CleanMax shares, representing a 1.39% stake, for ₹199.3 crore at ₹1,220 per share. SBI Life, Mahindra Manulife MF, ICICI Prudential Life, DSP India Fund and WhiteOak Capital MF acquired the shares.
Knowledge Realty Trust: Meera Goyal acquired 28.31 lakh units of Knowledge Realty Trust, representing a 0.06% stake, from IIFL Management Services. The transaction was valued at ₹31 crore and executed at ₹109.50 per unit, marking a sizeable institutional unit transfer in the listed real estate investment trust.
Updater Services: SIS Limited acquired an additional 10.12 lakh shares, or a 1.51% stake, in Updater Services for ₹23.76 crore at ₹234.59 per share. During the current quarter, SIS has purchased 21.92 lakh shares, equivalent to 3.27%, over and above its 4.88% holding as of June 2026.
Advit Jewels: Taurus Mutual Fund Flexicap Share Multi Cap sold 4.82 lakh Advit Jewels shares, representing a 1.05% stake, for ₹11.63 crore at ₹241 per share. Meanwhile, Ramesh Sawalram Saraogi acquired 5 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.09% stake, for ₹12.14 crore at ₹242.92 per share.
KSR Footwear: Alpa Wealth Creator sold 3.38 lakh KSR Footwear shares, representing a 1.84% stake, for ₹1.06 crore at ₹31.43 per share. Ranu Parwal HUF and Indra Investment separately acquired 1.5 lakh shares each for ₹46.8 lakh and ₹47.38 lakh, respectively.
Bulkcorp International: Chanakya Opportunities Fund I acquired an additional 1.08 lakh Bulkcorp International shares, representing a 1.43% stake, for ₹81.63 lakh at ₹75.59 per share. Care Wealth Advisors exited the company by selling its entire 1.21% stake for ₹68.94 lakh. Chanakya previously held 5.04% as of March 2026.
