Capri Global Capital
Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore has bought 50 lakh shares (0.51 percent stake) in Capri Global Capital for ₹96.25 crore. However, of which, Samvrudhi Tradesol sold 20 lakh shares for ₹38.5 crore, and Gainful Multitrade 30 lakh shares for ₹57.75 crore. The transaction price was ₹192.5 per share.
Lloyds Metals and Energy
BNP Paribas Financial Markets has acquired 8.96 lakh shares (0.15 percent stake) in Lloyds Metals and Energy from Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore for ₹161.52 crore. The transaction price was ₹1,802.1 per share.
Indiabulls
Unico Global Opportunities Fund has acquired 1.5 crore shares (0.64 percent stake) in Indiabulls, the real estate and financial services firm, for ₹31.5 crore from ACM Global Fund VCC. These shares were exchanged at a price of ₹21 per share.
