Godrej Properties to Step Up Land Buys This Quarter

Godrej Properties is ramping up its land acquisition efforts, having acquired 12 parcels from April to December 2024, with plans to develop housing projects valued at ₹23,450 crore. The company aims to maintain this momentum in the current quarter, fueled by robust demand for residential properties. Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej mentioned that business development has surpassed expectations, with new projects signed worth almost ₹11,000 crore in just the last quarter. This growth solidifies Godrej Properties' position as a significant player in the burgeoning Indian real estate market.
