GRSE Records Strong Q4FY26 Earnings, Shares Rise 15%

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd, a leading defense PSU under the Ministry of Defence, saw its shares rally sharply following its Q4FY26 earnings release. Quarterly Performance

GRSE reported net profit of ₹303.19 crore in Q4FY26, up 24% from ₹244.2 crore last year. Revenue surged 29% to ₹2,119 crore, while EBITDA rose 61% YoY to ₹355 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 16.8% from 13.4%, reflecting cost efficiency and strong order execution.

Annual Highlights

For FY26, GRSE achieved its highest-ever annual revenue of ₹7,002 crore (+38%) and net profit of ₹747.9 crore (+42%). The company delivered eight warships during the year, averaging one ship every 1.5 months. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹6.70 per share, adding to the interim dividend of ₹12.90.
