Hospitality Shake-Up: Lemon Tree Ends Tarudhan Valley Deal, Balance Sheets Stay Bright

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the mutual termination of its Hotel Operating Agreement and License Agreement for the Lemon Tree Hotel, Tarudhan Valley, Manesar. The company confirmed that the decision, effective April 30, 2026, will not have any significant financial impact on its operations.  

The hospitality group disclosed that the agreements, originally signed in July 2015 with Coronet Hotel Services and Supplies Pvt. Ltd. (Owner) and Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd. (Operator), have been amicably concluded. Lemon Tree emphasized that the termination is a strategic move without adverse financial consequences.
