Integra Switchgear Limited, a prominent manufacturer of electrical switches and related products, has announced its acquisition of Bimal Switchgear Private Limited, securing a 100% stake for ₹6.9 million.

This strategic acquisition is poised to enhance Integra's market presence and expand its product offerings in the electrical components sector.

Established in 1994 and headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, Integra Switchgear specializes in manufacturing Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) and Distribution Boards (DBs).

The integration of Bimal Switchgear's capabilities is expected to strengthen Integra's position in the industry, enabling the company to better serve its customers with a broader range of high-quality electrical solutions.
