Krisumi Corporation Expands Gurugram Township With ₹4,500 Crore Investment

 Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation and India’s Krishna Group, has already invested ₹2,500 crore since 2019 in earlier phases of Krisumi City. The township, spread across 33.5 acres, blends Japanese design precision with Indian real estate expertise, offering luxury apartments and integrated lifestyle amenities.  

New Phases Launched  

The newly unveiled phases will add to the township’s growing footprint, with a total of 2,772 residential units planned across multiple stages. The expansion underscores confidence in Gurugram’s real estate market, particularly along the Dwarka Expressway corridor.  

Investment Commitment  

The ₹4,500 crore infusion will cover construction, infrastructure, and premium facilities, positioning Krisumi City as a benchmark in luxury housing. The company is targeting delivery over the next six to seven years.
