The company posted consolidated revenue from operations of 1.45 billion rupees in Q4 FY26, with consolidated net profit at 507.7 million rupees and healthy margins despite higher employee and technology investments. For FY26, C.E. Info Systems delivered double-digit earnings, strong free cash generation and an expanded solutions stack across automotive, enterprise and government customers.
Quarterly Performance And Profitability
In Q4 FY26, consolidated revenue from operations stood at 14,504 lakh rupees, while total income reached 16,279 lakh rupees. Profit before tax came in at 7,322 lakh rupees, translating into net profit after tax of 5,093 lakh rupees, of which 5,077 lakh rupees was attributable to shareholders, with basic earnings per share at 9.28 rupees.
Full-Year FY26 And Balance Sheet Strength
For FY26, consolidated revenue from operations rose to 47,410 lakh rupees, with total income of 52,650 lakh rupees and net profit of 13,402 lakh rupees. Total comprehensive income for the year stood at 13,612 lakh rupees, while other equity increased to 89,400 lakh rupees on a paid-up share capital base of 1,095 lakh rupees, reflecting strong net worth and a debt-light balance sheet.
Dividend, Governance And Strategic Investments
The board approved a final dividend of 3.50 rupees per equity share of face value 2 rupees (175 percent) for FY26, subject to shareholder nod. During the year, the company added associate Prashant Advanced Survey LLP and continued to invest in subsidiaries and joint venture PT Terra Link Technologies to deepen its geospatial and SaaS capabilities. It also reconstituted its Nomination & Remuneration and Risk Management Committees, inducting additional independent oversight and strengthening governance as the business scales.
