Mumbai's Real Estate Market Achieves Record Land Transactions in 2024

In a remarkable report, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) saw the highest land sales in 2024, which was at 607 acres. This is because the demand for real estate continues to be robust despite the recent market fluctuations. The increase in land deals has been attributed to infrastructure development, as well as the resilience of the economy, which makes MMR a top destination for investors. Experts believe that as the region remains in focus, property registrations and sales will be sustained.
