Gaming and sports media powerhouse Nazara Technologies Ltd has solidified its position in the digital advertising space by completing the acquisition of a 55% stake in Datawrkz. The company paid 120 million rupees as the first tranche and has now acquired an additional 22% equity in the adtech firm. This strategic move enhances Nazara's capabilities in programmatic advertising and monetization, positioning it for accelerated growth in the global digital advertising ecosystem.
