NCLT Dismisses Insolvency Application Against NRB Industrial Bearings

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has dismissed an insolvency application filed against NRB Industrial Bearings Limited by financial creditors. This decision provides relief to the company, which has been involved in restructuring efforts. Recently, NRB Industrial Bearings signed an inter-company agreement with NRB Bearings Limited, valued at ₹55.12 crore, to regulate property rights and intellectual property usage. The company's stock price is currently ₹24.47 on the NSE, with a market capitalization of ₹59.29 crore.
