NCLT okays Quess Corp's History-Making Demerger into Three Independent Organizations

Quess Corp Ltd obtained approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for its Composite Scheme of Arrangement that involved the demerger of Quess Corp, Digitide Solutions, and Bluspring Enterprises. The decision is a move to de-layer the corporate entity, increase the focus of the management, and free up the shareholder value. Under the scheme, shareholders will get one extra share in each new company for every share they hold in Quess Corp. The demerger is likely to rationalize operations in workforce management, Insurtech, and facility management businesses. Regulatory approvals have been obtained, and the way is now clear for standalone operations from Q1 FY26.
