Apollo Microsystems Ltd (AMS) has acquired 22,988 sq. mts of industrial land at TSIIC Hardware Park Phase-II, Hyderabad, for ₹27.58 crore. The company plans to set up a large-scale facility for the manufacture, assembly, and testing of advanced weapon system platforms with an investment of ₹300 crore.
Apollo Microsystems Ltd has announced its latest land acquisition at the TSIIC Hardware Park Phase-II in Hyderabad, marking a significant step in its defence manufacturing expansion. The company has been allotted Plot Nos. 4 and 5, measuring a total of 22,988 sq. mts, at ₹12,000 per sq. mt, amounting to a total cost of ₹27.58 crore.
This new setup will focus on producing and integrating high-end weapon systems, including Grad Rockets, Anti-Tank Mines, Anti-Submarine Warfare Rockets, and similar artillery munitions. With an estimated investment of ₹300 crore, the project underscores AMS’s strategic vision to boost indigenous defence manufacturing and align with the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
The newly allotted land adjoins AMS’s upcoming 5-acre facility, expanding the company’s total infrastructure to around 10.68 acres. This expansion also forms part of the MoU signed with the Government of Telangana during the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025.
