The Board approved the acquisition of an additional 9.2% equity stake in Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems Private Limited for ₹4.65 crore. Following this transaction, Fabtech’s total shareholding in Kelvin has risen to 60.53%, strengthening its control and strategic alignment with the subsidiary.
Exit From Altair Partition Systems LLP
The Board also approved the company’s retirement as a partner from Altair Partition Systems LLP, marking a step toward streamlining non-core associations.
