HPCL executives have confirmed that the Rajasthan Refinery Project, located at Pachpadra in Barmer district, is on track to start refined fuel production by February 2026. This refinery is a strategic joint venture between HPCL (74%) and the Government of Rajasthan (26%), designed to process both imported and domestic crude.
