State-run ITI Limited has received a further tranche of ₹250 million (₹25 crore) from the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) as part of a land dispute settlement agreement. This payment is linked to the transfer of 22.258 acres of ITI-owned land in Bengaluru’s Electronic City, marking a key milestone in the ongoing resolution process.

Land Transfer Agreement:

ITI Ltd is transferring 22.258 acres of land to C-DOT under a ₹2 billion (₹200 crore) deal.
The transaction follows a revised order under the Administrative Mechanism for Resolution of CPSEs Disputes (AMRCD).

Payment Breakdown:

The latest ₹250 million tranche is part of the total ₹2 billion settlement.
The remaining balance will be disbursed after statutory formalities are completed.
