PI Agsciences Bolsters North America and Finance Leadership with Strategic Appointments

PI AgSciences, the global agriculture arm of PI Industries, revealed leadership enhancements on January 19, 2026, targeting its North America commercial and finance functions. Effective immediately, Wes Hays transitions from Global Marketing Lead – Biologicals to North America Commercial Lead. Hays will spearhead the sales team promoting PI AgSciences' innovative portfolio, including PREtech platform products. With 26 years in agriculture, including 13 at Monsanto/Bayer in roles like North America Soybean Business Lead, Hays holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a BS in Ag Studies from Iowa State University. CEO Jagresh Rana praised Hays' rapid impact, noting his leadership fits perfectly for future expansion.

 

Ryan Inkley joins as CFO to oversee finance operations for the commercial business. Inkley's 23+ years span accounting, strategic planning, M&A, and venture finance, with 17 years at Monsanto/Bayer on the Commercial Strategy team. He earned an MBA from Webster University and a bachelor's in accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Rana highlighted Inkley's agribusiness acumen as a vital asset.
