NTPC Hosts IPS 2025, Reaffirms Sustainable Power Generation Commitment

NTPC Ltd. launched its flagship Indian Power Stations O&M Conference (IPS 2025) in Raipur from February 13-15, 2025. The event, commemorating NTPC Singrauli's first unit synchronization, focused on "Reliable and Sustainable Generation, Asset Management, and Energy Transition". Secretary (Power) Pankaj Agarwal praised NTPC's benchmark-setting role in thermal power operations and coal stock management. CEA Chairperson Ghanshyam Prasad commended NTPC's comprehensive energy transition approach. CMD Gurdeep Singh emphasized the need for time-bound R&M programs and adaptability in the evolving energy sector. The conference featured Swarn Shakti and Business Excellence Awards, with NTPC Vindhyachal winning the overall champion award.
