Both orders are slated for execution over the next three years.

Remsons has strengthened its growth trajectory by incorporating Daiichi Remsons Electronics Pvt Ltd, a 50:50 joint venture focused on automotive electronics, and acquiring a 55% stake in Remsons-Uni Autonics.
