Ride, Respect, Repeat: Haflong’s Big Road Safety And Green Ride Kicks Off Trivia Fest 2026

As Haflong gears up for Trivia Fest 2026 (May 21–23), HELP Society is putting the spotlight first on roads and the planet. In partnership with Motul and Special Olympics-linked safety advocates, the inaugural programme will be a themed awareness ride that blends biking culture with civic responsibility.

1. The Motul Ride For Road Safety & Environment 2026 will be flagged off on 21 May 2026 from Council Gate, Haflong, Dima Hasao.
2.  Planned as the official opening of Trivia Fest’s fourth edition, the ride will see motorcycle groups, young volunteers and local citizens traverse key stretches of the town with clear calls to “Wear Helmet, Ride Safe” and “Protect Environment, Preserve Life.”

1. Organisers say the ride is designed to remind riders about basic but often ignored rules; helmets, speed discipline, avoiding drunk driving, and respecting pedestrians and cyclists, while also pushing simple choices like reducing noise, avoiding litter and supporting greener mobility.
