Shah Rukh Khan Set to Receive ₹90 Crore from Maharashtra Government for Mannat

In a significant development, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan may receive ₹90 crore from the Maharashtra government regarding his iconic bungalow, Mannat. This payment comes as part of a new government scheme that allows leaseholders to purchase their plots at reduced rates. Khan, who currently pays an annual lease of just ₹2,325, is opting to buy the 26,329-square-foot property valued at over ₹200 crore for only ₹8.3 crore. This decision reflects the government's commitment to facilitating property ownership for residents in Mumbai.
