The company’s results highlight strong operating profitability across real estate, NBFC and other segments, supported by disciplined cost control and healthy finance income.

Financial Performance And Segment Trends

For the March 2026 quarter, net revenue from operations stood at 11,072.66 million rupees, with real estate remaining the primary growth driver, supplemented by NBFC and other income streams. Profit before tax reached 13,857.91 million rupees, aided by an exceptional gain of 12,672.19 million rupees and robust segment results, even after accounting for employee expenses, finance costs and other unallocable expenditures.

Board Actions, Governance And Audit Updates

The board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with unmodified opinions from the statutory auditors. It also took on record the security cover certificate and appointed Bharat Bhushan as an additional non-executive independent director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Further, the board approved the appointment of S. N.
