Key Highlights:

Advanced Technology: The STP utilizes Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) systems, combining biological treatment with advanced membrane filtration. This ensures high-quality effluent suitable for reuse, a smaller physical footprint, and superior process control compared to conventional plants.

Capacity and Efficiency: With a treatment capacity of 7.5 lakh litres per day, the facility is designed to meet the stringent standards for water reuse and environmental safety. The plant features full automation via a PLC–SCADA system and is equipped with online sensors to continuously monitor turbidity, pH, and conductivity.

Sustainability Focus: The new STP is a cornerstone of Technopark’s broader sustainability initiatives, which include water recycling, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient building systems. The plant’s output can be safely reused, reducing water consumption and environmental impact.

Smart Infrastructure: This launch is part of Technopark’s larger vision to integrate smart, eco-friendly infrastructure across its expanding campus, which supports over 500 companies and 75,000 professionals. The park’s focus on green technology is also reflected in its upcoming IT towers and digital science parks.
