Thyrocare Technologies Strengthens Its Footprint in Tanzania with Fresh Investment

Thyrocare Technologies Limited has also made a fresh equity investment of USD 25,000 (equivalent to INR 21,98,000) in its Joint Venture company, Thyrocare Laboratories (Tanzania) Limited. The investment, executed on March 3, 2025, is in addition to earlier investments in September 2023 and December 2024. As a result of allotment of shares, the JV company would become a subsidiary of Thyrocare Technologies. The joint venture will directly offer diagnostic and healthcare services to customers in Tanzania. The action further enhances Thyrocare's global presence and increases its reach in the African healthcare industry.
