Aarti Drugs Limited Acquires 26.25% Stake in Pro-Zeal Green Power Six Private Limited to Secure Renewable Energy Supply

Aarti Drugs Limited has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement with Prozeal Green Power Private Limited and Pro-Zeal Green Power Six Private Limited. Through this agreement, Aarti Drugs will acquire 63,000 equity shares, representing a 26.25% stake in Pro-Zeal Green Power Six Private Limited. This Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is established to develop, construct, operate, and maintain a solar power plant dedicated to supplying renewable energy to Aarti Drugs for its captive consumption. This strategic investment aims to optimize energy costs and fulfill the company's green energy requirements.
